Windows 7: Unable to remove a printer

We may use “Remove Device” in “Devices and Printers” window to remove a printer that no longer use.  However, there are situation where the “Remove Device” doesn’t remove the printer.  Even if we perform this action in privilege account:

To remove this stubborn printer from your devices, we may use the Print Management Console in Administrative Tools:

Just Select the printer to remove and use the popup menu to delete printer.  You may need to perform this in privilege mode if it doesn’t work.
